| I purchased TBBG (was Tiempo) in April of 2007, just after I retired. She is the 13th example of this model and rolled off the floor in 2003. Her layout differs from the standard layout primarily in the salon. Instead of the L shaped settee there is an oversized couch - just perfect for that afernoon snooze. This lost the inside table, but the whole idea is to keep her in nice weather, so eating in the cockpit on the potenyially large table is swell... The hanging locker in the starboad side became an office and there are slight changes to each of the aft cabins to allow for more storage. Of all the 44's I have seen this is the layout I like the best. Upgrades include a washer/dryer, window shades, hatch shades and screens, water maker, 200 galons of fresh water storage, in-line water heater for starboard shower, ice maker, remote racor fuel filters, Onan generator, 440W solar panels, 4X4D AGM house batteries, battery monitor, 120 amp chargers, a few high effeiciency LED lights, Lots of extra 12V outlets, pasarelle, 66# pound Rocna anchor, KVH satellite TV, Admirals chair, a propane grill, Caribe dingy with 15 hp 2 stroke Mercury, davits and extra storage aft.
